don't feel nearly as weak after this flu as I expected. I thought her water & no food orders would leave me weaker than drug treatment but it doesn't. Often the worst of flu is the weakness that hangs on afterward and I believe the osteo method help prevent that. Jack and Leone came and have just gone so it is getting late now. I'll hurry as I want to get a good night's sleep. Jack replaced a burned out bulb in the kitchen light for me. I let it go as I felt too light headed to climb. I gave Leone the red plume off my hat as she has a new hat she thinks might benefit by a feather. Now we won't have to use that feather. They admired our dishes. I didn't show them the linen as I don't want it noticed as any real new purchase. It will appear later as something I've had but just got around to start sewing up. Hazel and Ardy I showed of course as they appreciate such stuff so much. Uncle Earl came down alone today. He is at Albertas. Said he came to see the circus Oct 1. Leone told me yesterday Jack had planned on their getting me and going to the circus. Then I told them I was going south Oct 1! Checked with the agent today and found I can leave on City of Denver Thurs morn (got the last seat reservation too) arrive in Chi 9:35 and have until 1:45 to visit Sue before going on to
