Saving...
3 Tonight I saw Chick Young and Joe Hurt and Red at the shops besides Claude, Jake and Irish of course. Not tonight, but recently, I've talked briefly with Chick and spoken to Red several times. And did I tell you Geo attwood asked me last week "what have I heard from Sl-I mean, your husband?" If you go to any camp I can go to also, I'll go with bells on. And with Uncle Fred's blessing! Fred & I talked a couple minutes about that tonight and that is what we arrived at for a conclusion! Now I guess I'll have to start telling you how much you mean to me. It is just good to have such a fine husband that you welcome opportunities to tell him how dear he is to his wife. You sent me a nice birthday message in the letter you wrote Sunday night. There is nothing better to hear than that your companion loves you and puts you first and will never change from that. I feel the same way. It seems almost too good to be true and yet is is at the same time the only real thing in my life, I guess. We have often discussed how different we are than many people think. Then I have good talks with people like us, Evelyn or Hazel and their hopes, feelings and fears are a lot like ours. We are just discovering for ourselves the eternal things people have experienced. But we have reason to be thankful we are happily mated. And we don't pull things on each other, or ever want to. We can rejoice of the happiness and privelege of love that we hope had, do have now in absence, and will have in all future time. I'm glad honey that you do
