Saving...
be writing to you again. It is never hard to write to you, but it seems easier after we've had a visit. Because, I think, there are so many long things to tell that I don't try to get them on paper. Then when we visit we get them said and I can start all over again writing everything until the long stories get so complicated again that I have to save them to tell you! The things I had to tell you did not really amount to much. Except of course how dear a husband you are. But everything you had to tell me seemed so important to listen to. The most important of course was about me, I mean how you felt about me. (I don't mean importance & me, but your affection). But not just the precious things about our affection was I glad to hear, but to learn all I possibly can of you in the army.
