wanted to be the same place you are. Today was a big day, wasn't it? You ended a visit that was so good. You had good luck in being able to hold your plane reservation. I hope you didn't get grounded in Chicago or Pittsburgh. I had a good trip back to C.R, not a single stop for anything and the air was clear instead of foggy as it was when we went. I hope you aren't too lonely. I don't believe you will be. We added richly to our memories. The house is certainly empty now. But the house feels better now since you've been in it with me on this leave than it ever has since Mother has been gone. with you here with me it really seemed like it could actually be our home and not
