Maybe remembering that caused her to be sensible by afternoon. Elinor is really to be pitied if she has no concept at all of how things would be between us when we really love each other and we don't know when you'll ever get another furlough. Evelyn got off on her Florida trip this afternoon. I took her a small box of Fannie Farmer candy. She helped me a lot to get off both times I went to see you. I'm so happy for her that she can get some time with her husband. Now it is Wednesday. Things are going well today. I won't write more in this letter.
