Saving...
Wednesday Dearest, I mooched a ride to Mt Vernon and 19th & walked on home so I got your letter this morning. I was eager because I had not had one since Saturday. Such a sweet and loving letter. This is an extra note that I've snatched a minute to write to you. It isn't much in size or looks, but I hope you'll think it is worth the time and postage. Do you? But I'm so happy to have some one I can write such things to and be so honest while I'm doing it and feel that you share and return the feelings. And to have a husband who writes that it is true love between us seems so wonderful. When I'm feeling so especially good because you are so good to me I feel ashamed I ever have thought I had hurt feelings over anything. But no one wants or intends hurt feelings in our little family of two, so I hope you understand I feel that way about it even if sometimes I did seem to act too sensitive. The big thing is we love and we care and so we'll have that to overshadow [12-16-42]
