transportation to deliver it. I did not want to go in daytime as it is a heavy relief district and other clients might think I had favored that family. So Leone presented it. She thought the family was in miserable conditions and it really wasn't one of my poorer families. Then we stopped at Rosemonts and I bought a wreath for the cemetary and some sprigs of holly. They seemed to have a nice selection of inexpensive greens there. Then we went to Linwood, dug off the snow and put down the wreath. The wreath was all green. I had them pull out the red stuff. You recall how we objected to those we saw all faded out red at Linwood last spring. It centered nicely and was only big enough to come to the lower edge of the letters on the stone, so I think it is O.K. We worked by flash light so I can't be too sure. I thought it was one you would like and Mother would think in good taste, so I hope it is. Then I shopped a while and took Leone home. And got stalled visiting there. Then home, to bed, and in the good place you made for me.
