sometime this week. But at least you had the present I bought in Baltimore. I'm glad I gave it to you when I did. Otherwise you'd have been bone dry for mail and present in a really bleak Christmas Season and the mail box in a five day drought!I thought a lot of times how we felt it was tough this year to have to be apart Christmas. But as many times I thought that, I also thought how glad I was you were still in the States. I'd been lots more forlorn if you'd been in some place unknown, or were intransit. Every day the first thing I notice is the return and post mark. I'm glad to see it the same. I know that Fort isn't much of a place to be, but at least it is still where I could get to if I wanted or needed to go. I'm to go to Perrines for a shower for Hazel. I'm not much for visits with this squeaky voice but Mrs Perrine and Hazel wanted me, and Hazel wants me to meet some of her girl friends she has told me about.
