then come in & put shirts on and drill or listen to some instructions or go on a hike we come in about 11:30 & get ready for dinner go out about 1:15 drill or hike or pitch tents or something different every day come in about 4:30 & clean up for supper it is not too hard to do yet anyway. Our platoon did so well last week the captain let every one go to town last nite. The town is Spartinburg I didnt go some of the boys said it is no good. Our eats are - Morn. eggs, bacon, toast, jam, pancakes, doughnuts, cornflakes, oatmeal, coffee, 1/2 pt milk. noon potatoes, meat of all kinds, gravy, ice tea, lemonaid, bread, onions, radishes, onions, cellery, cabbage, lettuce, 1/2 pt milk nite potatoes, meat of all kinds, tomatoes, pie, cake, ice cream, bread, rice, beans navy & green, carrots, beats That is a good idea what we have some times ice cream every day today we had duck. lot of green veg. every day. I made a list of stuff I would like to have. Love Lloyd
