[Soorool?] Herrings. 6 fresh herrings 6 large tomatoes 4 tablesp. breadcrumbs butter grated lemon rind 1 small onion 1 tablesp. parsley Clean herrings but leave in roes, then twist them head to tail and fasten with cocktail stick. Add tomatoe pulp to other ingrediens. Fill heach tomatoe shell with that mixture, put bit of butter on top, lay slise of tomatoe to cover. Set a tomatoe in centre of each curled herring. Put in greased dish, add few tablesp. of water and cook for 20 min in fairly
