138 Hollandaise Sauce Butter flour milk egg lemon juice sugar salt broth or H2O melt butter in top of double boiler. Remove from bottom: Add flour and stir till smooth. Add milk egg, lemon juice, sugar, slat and stir constantly till thick. Marshmallow Candy 16 marshmallows 2/3 cup cocoa 3 cups sugar 3 tbsp. corn syrup 1 cup Pet milk 1/2 cup H2O 1/8 tsp. salt Grease 9" square pan. Arrange 1/4ered marshmallows in pan. Mix cocoa, sugar, syrup, milk, & H2O and cook. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Boil until candy soft ball stage; then cool.
