141 Fish Chowder 1 pack. cod filets diced onions potatoes 1 carrot milk salt & pepper butter parsley Boil fish in a little water; remove and flake. Dice onions, potatoes, carrot. Cook in fish H2O till soft. Add fish, add milk and butter, parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Streussel Cookies 3 cup flour 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 lb butter confectioners sugar Cut butter into flour and sugar. Crumble onto greased cookie sheet. bake in moderate oven till golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar; cut into sm.(?) pieces
