145 Amana Cherry Wine Ripe Cherries Wash & set in crock 2 days. Squeeze out juice. 6 lbs sugar warm H2O for each gallon of juice enough to make 3 gals. Put in 1 gal. jugs with cap off (cloth over) about 2-3 months. when done working, put screw top on or leave in crock; then fill into bottles. Grape Wine 2 gals grape juice 3 gals. H2O proceed same as above Rhubarb Wine 1 1/2 gals. rhubarb juice to 3 1/2 gals. H2O
