154 1/4 c sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c grated apple 1/2 c. seedless raisins. May be added. Potato Kugel 10 medium potatoes 1 lg onion 4 tbsp chic fat 1 tsp. salt 5 eggs Boil & mash potatoes. Fry onion lightly in fat. Add to potatoes w/ salt & pepper. Beat egg yolks & whip into potatoes. Beat egg whites & fold into above. Bake in greased dish at 350 degrees for 30 min Grated Potato Kugel 6 potatoes 2 onions Grate p. & squeeze out liquid. Add all ingredients exc.
