159 Rhubarb Cake 4 c rhubarb 1/2 c marshmallows 1 c sugar 1 bx. white cake mix (1 layer) 1/2 c melted butter Put rhubarb in baking dish. Sprinkle with marshm., sugar & mix. Pour shortening over all. Bake 350 degrees for 40 min. 1 1/2 c rhubarb 1 1/2 c br. sugar 1/2 c oleo 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 tbsp soda 1 c buttermilk 2 c. flour Mix all ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 c sugar & 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake 350 degrees
