161 Rhubarb Cake 4 c rhubarb 2 c sugar 4 eggs 1 c flour Place cut rhubarb into cake pan, add 1 c sugar. Beat egg yolks & second cup sugar. Beat egg whites. add half to yolks. Add other half to flour. Put together, fold in rest of egg whites. Bake 375 degrees for 35 min. Pickled Ham 1 qt ham 2 c H2O 1 c vinegar 1 onion Dice ham & onion, put in H2O & vinegar. Let stand overnight
