Wine yeast; yeast nutrient; petin; 1tarmin ? 1/2 tsp / gallon; Camden tablets (sulphus diox.) 1 tablet / gallon Elder Flower Elder Flower 1 pint sugar 2 1/2 lbs sultanas 8 oz Camden 1 tarmin 1/2 tsp H2O 1 gallon yeast yeast nutrient Golden Rod 2 pints sugar 2 lbs sultana 7 oz lemon 2 Camden 1 etc Honeysuckle 3 pints etc Mint 1 1/2 pints sugar 2 1/2 lbs sultana 7 oz lemons 2 etc Squash 5 lbs sugar 2 1/2 lbs lemons 2 ginger 1 oz etc Peel, slice with seeds, with ginger + 6 pints cold H2O; add Camden & pectin leave for 24 hrs Boil 2 pints H2O & dissolve sugar. Cool add squash etc. Ferment - warm place for 5 days. Stir 2 X / day Strain, waterseal
