Lasagne (6 servings) Sauce: Brown: 2 T olive oil 1 small onion diced 1 clove garlic chopped Then add & simmer 15 min.: 1 1/2 can tomatoes 1 t parsley 1 6 oz. can tomato paste 1 c. water oregano, salt & pepper Meat Balls: 3/4 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. bread crumbs 2 T parsley 1/4 c. ? 1 egg 3 T Parmesan cheese salt & pepper Brown meatballs & add to sauce. Simmer 30 min.
