how you feel, even when it isn't as good as you'd like it to be. If I know how things are it seems more like I was helping you. I think you'll be pleased to know I'll probably be in welfare work in Cedar Rapids until you come. Tempting offers elsewhere are not as tempting as they'd seem to outsiders, because I think it helps you to be able to think of me as staying here in the home you provide for me. It seems now I'll be working here for Miss Taft by August 16. I doubt if there will be further delay before I have the Childrens Worker job. And I'm not feeling any regret that things are working out this way, for I have work in my special field and still can have our home. Then when you come it will be so good just to have our home.
