603 Grand Ave. Ames, Iowa May 27, 1942 Dear Frances, Thought I better write you a line. They changed the examination schedule again yesterday. Now I have an exam Saturday morning 10 - 12. However, he says we should finish in an hour or less. Haven't heard from you since I last wrote, so I don't know your plans. If you still plan to go home and pick me up on the way, I'll go over to the Union after my exam. Then we could go directly home. That would save some time. If you are not there at 11:00 I'll go home. Then you can stop there if and when you come along. You won't have time to reply, so I'll do as indicated above. If my going along seems to hold you up too much, don't bother with me. I plan to go to Chicago the 6th and 7th of June. I
