Now, - if she went by car could you connive to get her to stay over night with you on her return to New Hampton? You can and would know how to manage this, which isn't necessary for me to add. Would you sound her out & observe, and tell me if you think the decision is going towards M.? How serious is it? or if it is just a squall? More in formation - when the lightning hit I doubt if its fury was platonic. I say this because of her careful choice of words in telling of the resulting confusion and opaque clarity of her thoughts, and not being sure if it was the real thing?
