July 17, 1935 Dear Daddy and Mary, I was awfull sorry you people didn't get out this week, but please be sure and come this Sunday - after all, there are just a couple of weeks left: I am all through the ninth. Besides, I'm very anxious to see you. I have been wondering whether I am supposed to graduate this summer - they've been holding meetings at Senn, but I have not participated because I really won't have enough units to graduate. But it seems kind of silly not to, since I'll enter college in the fall anyway. Another thing - I don't know how I'm going to study for that examination in the other half - unit of English: at Senn they divide the fourth year English courses into A and B. I'm taking B ( pre-Victorian, Victorian, and post-Victorian) and A consists of the present day. I don't know whether Father Fitzgerald will want to give me an exam from a text
