Saving...
-2- About one hundred sixty infants needed medical or surgical attention. Hernia, rickets, tuberculosis, adenoids, bad tonsils, bad teeth, bad eyes, and cases of under-nourishment were discovered. Practically none of the parents was aware of the fact until the physician called attention to the defects. The campaign was very successful. If you have any questions to ask, I will be glad to answer them. Yours sincerely, Child Welfare Co. Chairman. Mrs. O. E. Gunderson Forest City, Iowa
