Saving...
weather. But I am not complaining. It's precious little we'll have at most. Winter will be back in a coupla months. The night communique' says our troops have shoved the Huns back across the Marne. Oh, just wait until we can fill the line with Americans! Really the outlook is better than we had any right to hope it would be. Over at G.H.Q. the chiefs have been going around shouting with delight these last few days. Hold tight, honey, I'll be back one of these days! And I wouldn't dare tell you how much I'd like to be just for the supreme happiness of feeling your h.o.m.s. and being able to kiss you, kiss you, kiss you. I love you so much dearest sweetestheart. Your Hub. Conger Reynolds 2d Lt., A.G.D.
