Saving...
wife's plans. I merely want to keep my curiosity satisfied. As a newspaper man and intelligence officer I feel I ought to know what is going to happen. In this connection I want to point out that it takes at least three weeks for news to reach me. So you'll do well to think three to six weeks ahead sometimes and tell me what to expect. I'm teaching your journalism now - keep your eye on the situation as it will be when the news reaches your reader. Applying the principle, I hope this letter will find you well started on a glorious rest. I am Always devotedly Your Very Own Conger Reynolds 2 Lt. A.G.D.
