Saving...
would you Steve? Do you know, it is really an extraordinary treat to hear anything on the piano over here. The French rarely play -- on account of the war -- and we haven't our wives and sweethearts here to do it for us. I was at the office at GHQ the other day while the band was playing the noon concert. It played very well -- mostly popular stuff -- so well that I couldn't do anything but listen to it while it lasted. And during that time I had a lot of visions, as I always do when I am lost in listening to music. Haven't had a letter from you for eight days, honey. Ooh, but it's a long time between arrivals! Do you find it so? I adore you -- uh-hummm. Bestest love! Conger. Conger Reynolds 2nd Lt. AGD
