few plants and some of my junk. I had a letter from Ruby saying she wants to go to Fredonia to take up a civil service course and then go to Washington D.C. to work. She raved a long time about wanting to do something for her country, etc, etc, and then said, "They pay well, and Washington is simply full of goodlooking soldiers. I'm not going to stay in Benedict any longer!" Some patriotism. Must run now, dear. This isn't much of a letter -- just a "good morning." I love you to pieces, belovedest, and I am your own obedient meek Wiffle!
