Feb. 10/1919 Beloved Wiffles, - Are you all right? I ask 'cause last night I dreamed you were ill. At the time it was a terrible dream but today it seems funny - as many terrible dreams do in the clear light of day. It seemed that I went to your room after having been away a long time. You were in bed, and when I came you lay there without saying a word. I raised your head and shoulders from the pillow and kissed you - "with much feeling" right on your lips.
