the torments of love as well as revel in its joys. Do you really understand how fiercely I love you? And how devotedly? I suppose one reason why I miss you so much is that I don't play around with any other girl. That used to be my way of keeping immune from any particular girl - to play with others. But now I find that I'd rather suffer all the pangs of loneliness than be bored by the experience of observing how inferior some one else was to my sweetheart - even if my conscience would let me pay any attention to anyone else, and I'm just the sort that I would be loyal to you to fulfill my duty even if I didn't love you. So far it is love, not sense of duty,
