I keep telling myself that I'll be content when you come and if I'm not we'll go back next September. I don't know. Whatever happens we're likely to be better off financially than I expected we should be. Tonight I go back to Paris to begin being a newspaper man and to wait for you. My mind is likely to be more on your coming than on my job - so hurry! I love you so passionately dear - so very very much! Your husband, Conger.
