Saving...
Otherwise I'd bother him by kicking around the bed while he needs so much rest. It has worked fine, but now that we have the apartment I'll go earlier to sleep so I can get up and see to having lunch ready. That's my idea. He wants me to wait and get up when he does, so we can both get the lunch. Our apartment isn't large but quite large enough, and is only one flight of stairs to climb, which means lots less trouble for me. And by the way, I'm the wellest thing you ever saw, in every way. (Rapping wood.) We have two nice bedrooms, a dining room & salon combined, lots of hall, a little entry or reception hall, a dandy little kitchen, and all sorts of cubby holes in the wall to poke things away in and forget where they are. It's furnished quite well - not so well as some we've seen, but it costs less money and is in a lovely district. Conger
