I'll not call this thing a letter because, as I said, I'm not in good trim. Will do better next time, I hope. Just wanted to warn you to look out for the other envelope. Hope it gets thru O.K. Conger is head over heals in work at the Crillon today. Peace conference stuff - something about the Austrian treaty. I won't see him before later tonight. Such is newspaper life, darn it. Heaps of love to you and our Daddie, from us both -- and poke the cream for me! Daphne Sept. 9th!! (Dated this one by jinks).
