For the year 1891 Jan 1 Thu Jan 1, 1891 was a stormy day snowed & blew but not very cold uncle Will Shattocks Abe Plumb Fox and Leontha Carters was all here to dinner all had a jolly time. Fri Jan 2 was clear & a nice day I cut out a dress for myself & made most of it. Sat Jan 3 nice warm day for the time of year I finished my dress & (illegible) Sun Jan 4 A lovely day nice & warm Father Mother Jim Wallace Leontha and my self was at Linies went with the (illegible) Little Lizzie came home with us & is going to school Allie John Johnston Dell Carters Will Mattacks was all here and spent the evening
