I scrubbed made fryed cakes and a dryed apple pie for dinner Minnie Baldwin was here this afternoon she brought me a nice plant John Johnston was here & Will Mattocks the wind is blowing quite hard this evening but not very cold. Wed Jan 14 nice warm sunshiny day I ironed Lintha & I was all alone all day Jim & father was at Ogles mother at Freds Wallace at school Th Jan 15 cold and cloudy until about 2 in the after noon when the sun shone nice & bright Lintha & I went to see Allie a while this afternoon I cut carpet rags this fornoon mother isent home yet
