Em L. all here this Eve iam sleepy good night Mon Aug 24 A real nice day I washed made a ketchall Wallace & I went on the Keener place & got some plumbs & apples Em is here to night father & Bill are helping Mort stack Tues Aug 25 A real nice day I ironed baked 2 dutch pies Em was here all day until 3 oclock this afternoon when she went to Ally father & Will finished stacking to day to day is Lizes birth day Wed Aug 26 has been a cool day for time of year Wallace & I were alone to day Mother father & Will was at Morts helping thrash I dident do much of any thing to day patch some put some apples to dry Th Aug 27
