shower of rain this Eve Mother & I are going over to Ogles to set up with Marys baby it is very sick Mother & I hilled some celery I cut out 2 shirts for Will we have a little young calf come to day Fri Oct 2 A rainy day but nice & warm we neaded the rain very bad I made Bill a shirt pealed some apples to dry Mother has been to Ogles all day Jim let Ogles horses run away from him to day sat Oct 3 has rained most all day & we neaded it affal bad I sewed some baked put apples to dry. mother went to Ogles to set up with Marys babe. Fremont came after her. Will was at Linies to day, she sent us a little pail of there new molasses, Luther Shaffer came over & got some kerosene for Ogles this eve good night
