sunday Oct 4 A muddy day real cold Bob was here to dinner Mother came home this eve the baby is very sick Luther Shaffer was here also Wig Mattocks I made a Lavo bottle to day Bill went to Elgin to day Minnie Baldwin came to stay all night Marian is gone Monday Oct 5 A cold chilly day we striped our cane & took it to Freds to day I went along the children was sick & I stayed all night Tues Oct 6 rained all day I am at Lizies the children is very sick Fred went & brought Dr Janks this eve Liz made ground cherry preserves Wed Oct 7 sunshine this morning but cloudy this afternoon I came home this afternoon Mary Wicamshake died to day Lizies children are better
