out nice this afternoon is real cold wind this eve wind is high froze up agan I finished Russell a pare of mittens this eve Aulden was here all day Wallace has been sick for 2 or 3 days sun Jan 29 A nice afternoon bright high wind & cold this eve gloomy morning thawed watter run Mon Jan 30 A fine day just like spring Mother & I was busy binding quilts Lena and I churned this morning Tues Jan 31 A fine day Wallace Lena Russell Aulden & I all went to Wadena this afternoon we got the little boys each a pare of shoes I stayed at Linies the rest came home Lizzie
