Tues Jan 18 A cold day W L went to West Union today Coe Pettit came home with him he took Cal over to Elgin he is going to play over there tonight Russell went along we had some good music this eve wed Jan 19 A bright day pretty cold W L went to West Union this afternoon Russell went with him Coe Pettit went with them he stayed dident come back we had ice cream for supper Coe got we made 6 qts mince meat I patched stockins th Jan 20 A bright day rather cold I went to Wadena with Ella this morning stayed with Lina all day she fixed my dress sleeves & collar I am so very sleepy good night
