mon July 12 A very warm day Lena washed this fornoon she & Wallace went to Elgin this afternoon I patched pillow slips all day was a job Ella & Wallace are going to practice this eve Tues July 13 A very warm day is nice cool this eve rained off some where cooled the air Wallace & Lena went out to Maynard this eve the league went to put on a intertainment Ralph & Thomas Shaffer went with them I did some patching today wed July 14 A warm day the men put the first load of hay in the barn this afternoon Lena & Ella worked in the garden all day Ella Foxwell & Zyphen Allbright called today the folks went to
