mon jan 16 A gloomy day Lena washed Ella walked to school this morning it was so rough she would rather walk than drive she is staying with her Aunt Lina tonight I am so very tired Tues jan 17 A nice bright afternoon very good day Ella came home this eve Lena collared Aulden sweater we ironed some wed jan 18 A bright morning clouded over this afternoon is raining this eve Lena (illegible) Auldens swetter agan today looks better we lengthed Ellas feather bed I am tired good night th jan 19 a terrible day such a high wind & so cold the morning wasent so bad
