roads very bad I got a letter from Russell today Fri Mar 16 A nice bright day cold wind Aulden went to Elgin after corn today I made 5 blocks for our quilt & some other work slept awhile dident feel very good sat Mar 17 A nice day Wallace went to Elgin after roofing today Aulden went to Wadena this morning after his girl Edith Tibbits she came in on the train she is here till early Monday morning sun Mar 18 A bright nice day they all went to church but me Aulden & Edith went to Elgin this eve to a show any way they said they were going maby they will go some where else cant tell
