cold we had more lambs & pigs come today sun Apri 8 Easter sunday was cold snowed some is cold & froze the ground was all covered with snow this morning roads bad snow went fast today if there was a cold wind Mon Apri 9 A cold raw wind roads very bad Wallace & Lena went to Elgin this afternoon got a letter from Russell this morning Tues Apri 10 A chilly wind very muddy Aulden is sick been in bed all day W L went to Elgin after corn wed Apri 11 A not very good day Lena washed I got a letter from Russell today
