and Jack Shaffer took the wool to Fayette We did a big washing, Russells clothes came. We went to town to nite got a sack of chick feed then went to Ernst's barn party (Wed June 26) We picked strawberries and ironed It rained to night so the children did not get to go to Fosters to league. Mr and Mrs Gilley were here to dinner today. (Thurs June 27.) Ella went to West Union to the 4H Club girls rally day they won the 5th prize. It rained real hard this evening. canned 3 qts of strawberries and 1 qt preserves. Friday June 28 A nice day. Ella went
