Threatened rain today but did not rain very much. Elizabeth Foxwell was here to dinner, she and Ella and Mary went to Robbin's to the girls club. Ella has gone to practice tonight. Saturday July 13 Wallace Mary and I went to West Union this afternoon for a sack of chicken feed. Wallace and Mary both had their hair cut the first time Mary was ever to the barber. Had a good rain this morning. Has been an awful hot day. Sunday July 14 It has been cloudy all day is quite cool to nite
