sat Aug 3 A nice day not so hot Osker (Filly?) was here to dinner Aulden Lena & Mary went to West Union this eve Wallace went to is shaffers Ella & I are alone Ella & Lena cleaned the front poarch they cleaned the south poarch yesterday good night sun Aug 4 A nice day Russell came home last night at 9 oclock Ella & I was in bed we got up & Ella & I to Elgin for a ride in his new ford he went away at 7 am Bess Peters & Frank Chanty was here a while this afternoon just as they went away Albert Nettie George Ester & Hellen Orr came Aulden went to Mcgregor to the Robbins reunion Mon Aug 5 A nice day Lena & Ella washed Aulden helped Fred Rut thresh
