wed Aug 7 A nice day the Illnois folks went home this morning started at 5 am Lena did a large washing this afternoon Aulden threshed at Fred Ruts all day Wallace helped ½ day, Aulden is going to play practice th Aug 8 A warm day we ironed the men helped Fred Rut thrash Aulden all day dad ½ day I went over to Ogles payed our cemetery dues 200 Fri Aug 9 A very warm day we had community day to day there was some crowd for the play was one hundred & 49 dollars at the door the play was good Mrs D H Hall past away today sat Aug 10 A very warm fornoon had a nice shower this afternoon coold
