Mon Mar 24 A cold raw wind snowed some this eve Old Mr Asken died this morning Tues Mar 25 A very cold windy day Lena washed this afternoon the men are busy halling wood wed Mar 26 A cold day Aulden & Lena went to Elgin this afternoon he went to Wadena after Ella this eve th Mar 27 A bright day but chilly wind we sawed some wood today Wallace is sick today couldent work Jeb Paster & wife was here to dinner we had 6 men besides Paster came to look at one of our little Bulls Fri Mar 28
