a gale Russell isent coming home to day is so stormy & cold had no SS & church to day I havent felt very good to day Mon Jan 17 a nice day after the blizzard yesterday the snow is all durt looks just awful Russell came home this eve stoped at school this morning Tues Jam 18 a nice day this was my birth day Rev McDonald & family was here for dinner I have felt pretty good today Wed Jan 19 A nasty day roads getting bad agan Wallace halled a load of hogs to Elgin for H F Foxwell Lena finished her washing Th Jan 20 a nasty foggy day snow most all gone water & mud every where
