Lester Gehring went over to Elgin to the movies to night Lester came over with his horse hitched it in with Russells horse took our harness & buggy I hope they will get back all rite & early not late sun apri 24 A warm day the wind high Wallace the boys Ella & I went to Clermont today I went to see Dr Carr got some medicine we was only gone 1 hour & 20 minutes so Lena said Lester Gehring stayed with Russell last night they got back from Elgin at 12.30 he went home after breakfast mon apri 25 we had a heavy rain this afternoon & rained agan this eve I have felt better today of which I am thankful
